Dr. Gita really takes the time to know her patients. And to work with them to develop a treatment plan. Great bedside manner.

I had the worst medical care experience of life during my second-ever appointment with her, as a new patient. She had a medical student shadowing her, who was left alone in the room to gather all my medical information and reasons for my visit. After talking in the hall with the student, she came in having clearly misunderstood the information I had conveyed. I had shared sensitive information, and she was rude, misinformed, failed to seek clarification (or listen to me when I attempted to provide it), negligent and unprofessional. I didn't even get a goodbye from her, let alone end-of-visit information regarding care or follow up (I had labs done and two pending referrals--no information provided whatsoever). Left feeling incredibly rattled, disregarded and insulted. Never seeing her again.
