List of Jalil Ahari's Reviews
Was very professional and concern he cares for his patients I appreciate how he made sure I got a second opinion before diagnosing me with a condition thankful God put me in his hands
He is excellent and he listen to his patient with great respect by taking his time
Excellent care and bedside manner. He takes great interest in his patients.
Totally unwilling to work with patients' scheduling limitations. Almost impossible to get a scheduled prescription if you can't come by the office during office hours. Can't remember patient plans that are in writing, and ignorant about new medication laws and technology.
Taking care of my dad. In a nutshell outstanding!
Excellent doctor, top diagnositic quality, takes a personal interest in his patients, always available on short notice, and one of the few doctors to allow phone calls from patients to his personal cell phone.
the receptionist is a rude, awful woman.
I'VE HAD DR. AHARI FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS ALMOST 4 AND I WONDER HOW HE IS ABLE TO SIT AND EXPLAIN IN DETAIL TO ALL HIS PATIENTS AS HE DOES ME. HIS BEDSIDE MANNER IS TO BE COPIED AND GIVEN TO ALOT OF DOCTORS. I WAS HOPSITALIZED ONCE AND ALTHOUGH ONE OF HIS COLLEGEUES TREATED ME HE DID NOT TELL DR. AHARI WAS IN THE HOSPITAL, HE WAS NOT HAPPY. THE NEXT TIME I WAS HOSPITALIZED THROUGH ER, HE MADE A POINT TO VISIT ME EVERY MORNING BEFORE GOING TO HOSPITAL. THIS WAS AT GW HE FOLLOWED MY CASE THROUGH THE STAY AND, AS HIS PATIENT STILL DOES, I RESPECT AND ADMIRE DR AHARI, I THINK WE HAVE A GREAT RELATIONSHIP. IT IS NOW TIME TO BE HONEST WITH HIM, FOR I HAVE NOT DONE ALL THAT HE HAS INSTRUCTED.
Dr. Ais the most patient-centric I have ever been treated by. I was taken by ambulance to ER directly from internists office with low oxygen saturation coughing up blood. I was lucky that Dr. Ahari was on ER. The first interaction I had with him was, while med tech staff was working me up with electrodes etc., I said to my wife I hadn't eaten anything and was hungry. Dr. A overheard, and when he saw me for the first time he gave me a sandwich. Wish I had more characters to discuss Dr. A.
Followed my case without being retained to find cause of recurring atypical pneumonias. After initial consult with another doctor, I retained Dr. Ahari who recommended bronchoscopy when other pulmonologist rejected that procedure as unnecessary, and due to Dr. Ahari's persistence, it was done promptly and with full explanation of the risks. He found a surprising rare lesion causing the pneumonia. Was not detectable by prior ct scan so bronchoscopy was the best procedure to identify the cause.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
