Have been a patient of Dr. Garr for years. Excellent 'bedside' manner. Listens to patient. Does homework before you show up (meaning she reviews your file) and is prepared with questions. Really does her job so well that you think you are her only patient! I highly recommend Dr. Garr and the staff at Focus Eye Care.

Dr. Garr, in my experience, is exactly the type of doctor that you want to have. She has proven to be intelligent, highly skilled, and warm. When I had a major problem -- scratching my eye badly in the late evening -- I called her office, and she got back to me promptly and talked me through all of my options. She ended up arriving to work well before the office was scheduled to open the next morning in order to see me. I was in extreme pain and she evaluated me promptly and planned a thorough treatment plan that included antibiotic eyedrops, a bandage contact, and several other steps. She saw me a few more times over the next few weeks to make sure that my eye had healed properly. Thanks to her, it did. I give her the highest recommendation.
