Khashayar Vaziri's Online Review Report Card

I probably owe my life to the care, expertise, and excellent practice of Dr. Vaziri, six years ago; after surgery went wrong at another practice, he took my case. He brought me out of ICU and restored me To full health. I recommend you consult and give his practice a chance to care for you. He is an excellent doctor surrounded by a great team, full stop.

I had an hernia mesh surgery back in 2019 with Dr Vaziry and it was a success , He is so professional , kind and extremely talented . He has extensive experience in his field , I would say he is one of the best in the Dmv !!! His staff is also excellent and they made all the different! Thank you !

Dr. Varzori is an outstanding Doctor with an excellent team. He have changed my life in the weight loss process. I am more healthy than I have ever been. Especially by me being a breast cancer survivor. All I want to say is Thank you Dr. Vaziri for saving my life. You are the best.

Each pre-op and post-op appointment with Dr. Vaziri was really efficient, but he was also willing to listen to all of the concerns I had about certain parts of my surgery, prep, and recovery. He even let me adjust the treatment plan so that I felt more comfortable (I'm one of those patients who has a question or concern about everything). I really appreciated his infinite patience--somehow Dr. Vaziri made me feel like the most important patient he has even though most of his surgeries are much more unusual/interesting than mine was. If I ever need abdominal surgery again, my first thought will be to request Dr. Vaziri.

Being new to the area and outside of a collection of my known doctors/surgeons, I was weary going into a surgery far from home. Dr. Vaziri was an excellent choice. He was informative, patient, and my recovery time was no more than 2 days (gallbladder removal) - which was far beyond the recovery of 3 others I knew of going through the same surgery the same month as me. I highly, highly recommend Dr. Vaziri. As some of the other comments suggest, the response time from his staff could be vastly improved - I did not receive information about location, time, etc of my surgery until ~5 days out after reaching out myself.. However, I can't let this reflect Vaziri as it looks like this may be out of his reach.

I walked out of there feeling like a hypochondriac not worth his time. It felt like he was disappointed I was there--he said my pain was psychological and insisted on using medical terms to describe something that was easily explained in plain language. I'm an Ivy league grad and using big words is so condescending. Yes, I know you spent 4 years and a lot of money on medical school. In fact, that's why I'm here! I know, crazy! Now explain it to me like I'm a human being.

I had a j tube placed. I had severe complications following the surgery and the er called him and he said to send me home and he would see me in 5 days. I ended up in the hospital for 1 month because of the complications. He never did any follow up with me. I would not recommend him.
