It was a good start on my first time and first day. I hope everything works out well for me. Second time was great. Dr Butler is not just a Doctor, he is a Father. I got the best Dr. ever and for Ms. Levy, honestly you know your job, it will be very hard for any company to loose you. Dr Butter I really thank you for your patience, attention, humility, hope you give to the hopeless, if I continue this page will not be enough to express myself. Dr. Butler is a very even-keel, calm presence. When I show up brimming with questions, he always gets me to slow down and methodically goes through my concerns one by one. He actually explains why he's chose to use specific medication protocols for me (rather than my last reproductive endocrinologist, who responded to every question by announcing that he had 34 years of experience - as if that answered anything). He set my expectations realistically, but allowed room for optimism. I'm still waiting to find out if this works for me, but I feel I'm in good hands. I'm also grateful to the finance staff for meeting with me and working to answer my tough questions and provide clarity on billing. My last clinic overcharged me nearly $3,000 (refusing to perform my egg retrieval until I paid up the excess fees) and then initially refused to refund it to me. It took nearly three months to get the money from them. Comparatively, Columbia Fertility Associates always only billed me what I owed.

My experience with Dr. Butler and his team has been wonderful. He is compassionate and takes time to ensure I understand what's happening every step of the way. His staff is also kind and responsive. I highly recommend Dr. Butler!

Dr. Butler was really nice and made me feel comfortable discussing my fertility. He explained what he would be looking for in terms of my fertility before performing any testing. He performed my sonogram the day of my consultation and explained what we were viewing throughout the process. During my follow-up appointment he explained the next steps and the purpose of all the bloodwork I would have to provide. I felt that Dr. Butler was very patient and knowledgeable.

Dr. Butler is a very smart and competent physician. I will rate him a 5-star because he knows want he’s his doing, and he, and his nurses always get back to me everyday for every question I have by the end of the day. Always. And that’s what you really need: competence, reliability, communication. We had a successful IVF transfer on the first try. I did feel at times he could have been more patient with the many questions I asked. Overall, he has a gentle, nurturing soul but I felt at times I did irritate him with questions. Nurse Kim was there to answer my questions too and she is pretty patient and equally as competent. The billing department did make some errors but that has nothing to do with work of the doctors and nurses at the facility. Another person worth mentioning is Dr. Rifka who was just so excellent to me. Overall, I do feel blessed to have trusted very smart people because everything was handled very quickly with as minimum treatment as possible.

Dr. Butler is an expert in his field, and his approach to patient care is very thorough and patient. He takes his time answering all questions and is so kind and responsive, responding to emails and phone calls as well. He has a wealth of experience, and I would recommend him to anyone seeking treatment for fertility or endocrine issues.
