Horrible experience at every level. Appreciate the challenges health care workers deal with, but this is a poorly managed, soulless operation. Lots of focus on redundancy of forms, information, protocols all to hide that they are understaffed and going thru the motions.

I checked in the wait was so long I went to another clinic, I never seen the Dr. getting a text asking how my visit was with Dr. Ghogal is crazing considering I left 10 minutes after I got their.

A very positive experience overall. The check in process went smoothly, everyone was very welcoming. The nurses and doctors did a thorough job. They were very thoughtful and informative throughout the process. I am very happy to have chosen this urgent care location.
