I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Michael Rosner and his team of residents in neurosurgery. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt heard and understood. Dr. Rosner took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and thoroughly explained all the available treatment options for my condition. What impressed me the most was his commitment to exploring alternatives to surgery, ensuring that I had a comprehensive understanding of all potential avenues for healing. His genuine care and consideration for his patients truly sets him apart.
I can feel my hands again! I was on the table for 5 hours, need 7 pints of blood and was left with a dropped foot and severe pain. Rosner has no bedside manner and really little interest in the patient. I saw him twice after the surgery. After one visit he put a note in my file that I would never go to physical therapy. I went for 9 months 3x a week to fix the drop foot he left me with. The last time I saw him he commented on how good his work was. I went to several doctors for help. They all said the same thing “we do not fix other doctors mistakes.”
After I had surgery with Dr Rosner, I was left with a dropped foot and more pain. After 9 months of physical therapy the dropped foot was, for the most part gone but the pain increase. Apparently whatever oath Dr. Rosner took it was not “Do no Harm”. Now I have to have more surgery so I will not become paralyzed. There was nothing I could do to stop Dr. Rosner then, but I beg anyone having surgery with Dr. Rosner to think long and hard. I went to several surgeons after Dr. Rosner worked on me and they all said WE DO NOT FIX OTHER DOCTOR’S MISTAKES. Don’t let your self be anther one of his mistakes. There is nothing caring or concerned about this man. I know I believed him and now face life in a wheelchair
He was very nice at my first meeting. He has a mystery "Dr G" who does his hospital rounds. I accidentally offended him when I asked who he was and why he kept calling me his favorite patient as his facial expression darkened and he muttered he was the team doctor. The very next day I was sent to a bad nursing home three weeks before the screws could adhere to my bones. I am now suffering with failed hardware and being ignored by this surgeon.
His staff is a disater, rude, and condescending. He over books his appointments, and has left me waiting over 90 before coming to my appointments. He will never call you back, and does not lisen to your concerns. He did surgery on my back about four months ago, and I just can't stand dealing with him or his staff anymore. If your looking for quality care, go someplace else!
Decompression & fusion successful! Took away my pain - I fully trust him and would recommend him to anyone.
Word can't discribe my results. Great Job
Dr. Rosner did an L4-L5 MAST TLIF and finally freed me from years of pain. Due to his skill I'm on track for a full recovery ahead of schedule.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
