I have been going to Dr.Nick Neagle for years and he is extremely nice. The staff at this location is very helpful. I've had no problems getting contacts and some very nice glasses.

I have been going to Dr. Neagle for years. Since he was located in SW at L'Enfant Plaza. I lost touch and visited other optometrists and none were as detail oriented as Dr. Neagle. I was very happy when I found him again. He has always taken his time during my appointments and is very thorough and knowledgeable. He orders the appropriate tests/labs and I trust him with my eyes.

I went to Vision Source Gallery Place a total of 5 times in 5 weeks. The staff at the desk were rude and flippant and made me feel very uncomfortable. I kept having to return because Dr. Neagle did not listen to my complaints about not being able to see when I was in the office and I had to return a week later, after having tried out a pair of contacts that I couldn't see in. It was awful and I will never be going back.

The doctor is really professional. i compared other doctors and his diagnosis is always correct. He does not try to rip you off like some of the doctors I faced over the last 12 years.

I was impressed on my first visit. Thre was no wait. I was in and out within the hour. Dr. Neagle was thorough, knowledgeable and patient. He answered my questions and didn't make me feel rushed. He was pleasant and approachable. His equipment appeared to be state of the art, and overall I was quite pleased with the treatment and service. If this is the daily atmosphere of this office, I intend to make him my permanent optometrist.
