Walk-ins should not delay appointments. After waiting an hour, I walked out never to return, even though it's an easy walk. I'm going to Georgetown University Hospital where folks are better respected and treated. This place calculatedly wasted my time.
I am at the location now, and its been over an hour and half waiting to get MRI. They said about 30 minutes wait but still waiting. I am not sure why it's taking so long cuz I am supposed to be the next patient...?
I've been to this particular location twice. I called both times to book an appointment and was able to do so without any issue. I usually try to arrive to my appointment fifteen minutes early or a minute before my actual appointment. That goes to say that I showed up for both appointments on time and had to wait for almost an hour to be seen. Once my name was called, everything was fine. I think overall they provide good services but it can be annoying when you have to wait a long time even if you scheduled an appointment. I recommend going to this place when you don't have a lot of other things to do in case you may be there for a long time.
MRI service here is excellent! They know what they are doing and do it with a smile. Will recommend them to anyone in this area.
I love working with this center. The entire team is passionate about what they do.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
