This place is great. Everyone is friendly and very professional and high tech. Get there a little early for registration because if your appointment is at 11:30 you will be seen at that time. It has been a long time since I have been to a doctor who cares about his patients. Dr. Burris not only checks your eyes but explains every step of the process.

I requested rescheduling twice as I had recurring cold and dint want to risk spreading infection. The person on call (male) very rudely asked me to put down a deposit to secure an appointment. Very very bad experience. Very rude and inhumane. What do they expect me to do? Walk in sick?

Best care Ive ever received!! I love the fact that I walk in to a clean, never crowded environment. I also love that my care is explained in a way i understand it. The glasses options are very fashionable. Most important to me is that my eyes are being taking care of by a african american ophthalmologist!!!! Can we say WINNING!!!!!! I love seeing my people in this field because it gives me comfort. Extra bonus none of these men that work here are hard on the eyes! So thank you to the team at Ovation!
