terrible...cannot even get ahold of her office.
She really deserves a negative 0 star if there was such. She is very dismissive, she talks over you and does not let you get your concerns out. I feel she has ruined my life and just left me out to deal with what I’m going through with no plan or treatment. She had me do a radioactive iodine treatment but stated to me that I had no signs of thyroid cancer. That was done August 6th 2021, my life begin to go downhill Sept 5th 2021. I now have severe panic attacks and bad anxiety. I suffer from dizziness and these attacks on my body. I’ve messaged this woman several times about my issues and concerns after this treatment and she suggested I see a psychiatrist. She’s very rude and again very dismissive to your needs. She should NOT BE PRACTICING MEDICINE! Period. There is so much more to say about her but bottom line if you’re looking for a good endocrinologist she is NOT the one
Would not suggest to anyone ever. I can never get in touch with her office—it's so bad that because of her office getting my prescription wrong 3 times in a row and not caring to fix it, I had to ration my insulin. I've gone without my insulin, my pen needles, my dexcom, and other things for days at a time. I call, the pharmacy calls, can never get in touch. Her office doesn't understand how to fill out a prior authorization and will never speak with insurance. Diabetes is already hard—she makes it 10x harder.
NOT recommended! She became completely unresponsive both to my repeated requests via their portal and to my pharmacy. She wrote an invalid prescription and then did nothing to rectify the situation. She's not fit to practice medicine.

Has always been professional and just an incredibly intelligent Dr.
Dr. Kundra apparently missed the hippocratic oath pledge. She does the very minimum concerning her patients and never listens. I went to another Dr. for symptoms I saw her about she completely dismissed them. The new doctor addressed my concerns and diagnosed my issue. I am filing a complaint with the Washington, DC medical board and Washington Medstar Hospital. Incompetent doctors have no place in medicine.
I liked Dr. Kundra very much. Unfortunately I had to stop going to her because the front desk was AWFUL. No one ever picked up the phone. If they did they put me on hold (one time for 45 minutes). No one ever got back to me with my questions. I hope she is able to completely replace her staff.
Would not wish her on my worst enemy. Awful patient experience. Late, doesn’t listen, tons of small mistakes, clearly does not care about you beyond getting you out the door for an appointment six months later. Should honestly find a new profession. I have never had such a bad experience with a physician in my entire life.
Always late. Is a poor communicator and will cut you off when you try to explain anything about your medical history. Clearly sees you as another check on a list.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
