I wasted $10k at CFA between Dr. Abassi's $3k monitoring fee she charged me as an outside patient and the whopping $7k (!!!) of IVIG she recommended I do before transfer. So much was missed in the testing she did and monitoring and she had no business having me waste thousands on IVIG without actually finding my issues. Had just another failed transfer. Bit the bullet and finally went to see an actual Reproductive Immunologist (Dr. Derbala in MI) - one of only 6 RIs in the country. He found my issues (Hashimoto's, lupus antibodies, ANA+, low progesterone and estrogen after transfer) and I got pregnant first transfer under his care! If you have immune issues, do yourself a favor and go see an actual RI.
