This doctor is fine when you can actually see her. On 3 separate occasions I have taken a family member for appointments and waited at least 2 hours after our appointment. Two of those times we had to leave without seeing her because there was no projection on how much longer it would be and I had other commitments that I needed to handle. The appointment last week was at 10 AM and we left at noon without seeing the doctor because once the guys in suits wandered in I knew we were going to be after them. We have never been able to get any previsit paperwork done efficiently because the staff has sent us the wrong person's orders, sent the orders with the wrong date that the lab could not use, OR sent the orders to the wrong address.
