I needed help with epiphora. After 2 opthamologists and he was my second oculi plastic surgeon. He listened and informed and gave me samples. Said he was available for any follow up unlike the first one who after testing my tear ducts offered me a lower ilid lift.

Dr tamer mansour treated me with entropian surgery on my lower right eye.He was very patient explaining the procedure to alleviate my fears and make me feel comfortable . I was especially anxious since my left eye is very impaired. I would not be able to drive without the use of my right eye.
