My appointments have always been on time, efficient but not rushed. Dr. Patel answers all my questions. Though the practice doesn't participate with most insurance, when it came to needing cervical fusion at the highest levels of my spine, there was no question about wanting a physician with Dr. Patel's expertise and experience to be the one to do it.

I consulted Dr. Patel for neck pain. He saw me immediately, listened to why I was there, explained what the problem was, and provided a plan of action and a back-up plan for dealing with any recurring pain. He was clear and helpful, and I was on my way, with my prescriptions called in and a note on its way to my primary care doctor. And the staff are also lovely.
