Vanessa Gluck is the worst anesthesiologist. She is the most unprofessional “professional” and should not be allowed to treat patients especially those being wheeled into surgery.

As I was wheeled into the surgical room for a vasectomy, I met Dr. Gluck who immediately asked how many children I have, and when I responded "none" she asked in a condescending tone what I planned to do if I changed my mind. My response of "in that unlikely event, there is always adoption" she scoffed and made it known that she felt I was making a mistake. I do not appreciate the questions she asked, nor the tone in which she asked them, and I think this was not the time nor the place to have that discussion. I do not think having a discussion regarding moral imperative of an elective surgery with an anesthesiologist moments before she helps to conduct the operation contributes to good bedside manner.
