I have been a patient of Dr. Moainie for more than 15 years and he has consistently shown professionalism, good humor and caring. He patiently answers all your questions in a very friendly manner and makes sure you get the best care possible. The rest of the staff is also friendly and helpful.

My favorite doctor, Dr. Shirley Middleton is based here. She is amazing. I had to see a different doctor recently and they were excellent. It is good to know that great care is given across the board.

I had high expectations, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience with Visionary Eye Doctors. While some of the doctors appear to be competent and Visionary Eye Doctors' founder, Dr. J. Alberto Martinez, is a highly skilled surgeon, most of the staff is poorly trained, disorganized, and frankly, unprofessional. In particular, communication regarding procedures and appointments needs improvement as does consideration for patients' time. Waiting between 2-4 hours every appointment to see the doctor-- who never spent more than 10 minutes with me--is unacceptable in my view. In the waiting room, I met many other patients--most of them elderly-- who said it was the norm. I was really taken aback by the assembly line style operation of this office. Clearly, too many patients are scheduled in the same time slot. I didn't care for the impersonal approach. The best way to describe my experience with Visionary Eye Doctors is chaotic. Mixed messages about the next steps in my treatment were sent to me, and I didn't feel valued as a client. Based on my experience, in good conscience, I cannot recommend Visionary Eye Doctors. Go elsewhere and be treated with respect. Avoid this placeat all costs. .

I’ve been going to Visionary Eye Doctors for 4 years and I have had a consistent experience with the staff. Everyone is courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. The waiting area is comfortable and clean and the exam procedures are helpful. The doctors explain issues in a clear, simplistic and easy to understand manner.

My first time here was by referral from my PCP for my eye exam, and the service was excellent from the receptionist to the doctors, but as always, there are exceptions, and nothing is perfect, and not all employees work with the same passion. Some do it for money only. I felt the doctor was honest based on my issue and wasn't trying to get money from my insurance, but we will see what happens and make an update to this review. Overall place is clean, organized, and decent; directions to get there are not clear, but you will make it.
