Three years ago, I had lower back stenosis so severe that I could barely walk. Dr. Patel gave me my life back after surgery and hardware insertion. Now, my husband is experiencing the same and is headed for surgery too. We owe our health and sanity to this “miracle worker” and continue to sing his praises from the rooftops. I literally have taken others in my same prior condition to his office because there is no one else with his caring, competent, and professional acumen in back surgery. Best of all, he has established a scholarship in his parents’ names at Princeton which allows pleased patients to help his talent and legacy live on.

Dr Patel is outstanding. He operated on my neck to restore my lost ability of balance due to arthritis. Within a month my balance returned and my walking cane is back in the closet. Can’t offer higher praise. But you should also know that 2 years ago when he looked at a MRI of my back, he said the work was beyond his ability and referred me to another outstanding surgeon. You can’t get better medical care.

I'm 81 and have long-term osteoarthritis, specifically in my right knee. Today Dr. Melvin diagnosed increased inflamation swiftly [from X-rays] and proposed a treatment plan, including PT andmeds new to me. He a clear communicator and a pleasant person. I trust him completely: he installed a new hip 5 years ago, and it functions just as it should.
