Over the past year or so attempting to work with WW has been actively worse than not receiving treatment at all, as I've wasted large amounts of time thinking I could make progress on something there only to find that I cannot contact anyone for even basic administrative things like getting needed prescriptions refilled. This time could have been better spent finding somewhere that actually provides care. Really sad to see such an important institution fall to pieces like thisEDIT: The good news is WW seems willing to respond after poor public reviews, the bad news is doctors feel it's completely appropriate to condescend and insult when they do. Deeply saddening but not at all surprising in this environment.

1. Rude customer service for the most part. Particularly, to Spanish speakers. I've had to intervene before, and these are POC talking to native Spanish speakers.2. Unreliable, phone is never picked up, and no one checks up on you. 3. You're basically sexually harassed by some of the staffers in the front desk. Honestly, never returning.

Let me start with I know every at WW is very busy and I am very grateful for all every at WW does. I honestly do not know what I would do without them. However, it is impossible to get in touch with anybody. Knowbody (except Erica) returns emails within a reasonable timeframe, most are ignored. They seem to enjoy passing the buck off to someone else. I have never dealt with the same person twice. Each time I get in touch, I'm told someone else is responsible for my inquiry, and then it stops. Be prepared to do things on your own. If a Supervising Attorney has time to promptly reply to an email, I'm not sure why nobody else can even acknowledge an email.

Awful via phone. Just show up there, cause you can't expect being helped otherwise. Making an appointment is unnecessarily complicated.Update: this place is total garbage. Don't waste your time.

Deficiency in Pharmacy pickups. On average, the line takes 5-9 minutes to process each pick up. You need to expect very slow moving lines.

I've been calling for over a week trying to get my prescription refilled, but the "doctor" in charge of authorizing my prescription hasn't responded to the pharmacy's repeated requests to fill my order. I'm out of meds, and they still can't get ahold of any doctor there to authorize a refill. And good luck scheduling an appointment; half their staff are ratchet and rude (there was a nurse there who was horrible to other staff and patients and they kept her forever), and the other half who were actually kind and caring quit because of how ratchet and unprofessional the staff are; including a friend of mine who got fed up with how ratchet, aggressive, unprofessional and uncaring the staff are towards patients.

I've been going to WWH for 5 or 6 years.  my experiences were great in the beginning other than a very high turn over rate. The last 2 years things have gone down dramatically.  I began struggling to get in contact with my Dr.  I would blatantly be ignored on a regular basis. When I did get a response It would be uninformed information that led me in circles and showed that my health was not their priority.  I very rarely am able to fill a script without much effort on my part.  A few times I've experienced withdrawal symptoms simply because I'm not getting a response about a script refill.  I am shocked that WWH thinks it is ok to operate like this. Even when entering the building at street level, the smug person who is typically there obviously enjoys making things difficult.  An accurately revealing tone to set for your experience at WWH.
