Mark E Zweben's Online Review Report Card

First I want to say that my husband really likes Dr Zweben. He's a good doctor. But be warned, the billing is the worst!!! We pay our bill as soon as it comes in, but for some reason we were charged twice our deductible. I have called billing 4 times, only to leave messages. No one returns calls. The office does not handle billing ( it is out sourced) so they couldn't help either.

Every time I have an appointment with Dr.Zweben the office tries to move it. Three times in the last 6 months, I receive calls from his office staff to push back the appointment. The most recent call today was for an appointment 6 weeks from my set time. During my last appointment, Dr. Zweben was misinformed about my condition. He either took no notes or incorrect/incomplete information during the previous visit. My blood pressure is still not under control.

staff was very kind and helpful. Dr. Mark Zweben was so patient and kind with my grandmother not to mention was able to diagnosis her heart condition that 2 other Cardios had no idea what was going on!

Dr Zweben is a kind, gentle and compassionate physician. He is knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend him.

I was called by the office manager and asked to come in 30 mins early. I called back and confirmed I would switch my schedule and be there. Upon arrival I was told this was an error and someone would get to me as soon as they could. I do not make cardiologist money, but I do make quite a decent living and my time is money. This office is costing me monetary livelihood. This is not an acceptable way to run a business-your clients should be of premier importance regardless of venue. What a terrible experience to provide to a new customer overall.

Dr. Zweben has been my doctor for a few years. He is always willing to listen and make me feel better. When I have had to call the doctor on call and it was Dr. Zweben, he was caring and took his time be sure I knew what I should do and to be sure I felt better. The office staff is friendly and comforting.

As a doctor Dr. Zweben is GREAT!! He listens to medical issues and suggests other avenues to pursue medically if it it not your heart. ONE con is the current office (compared with the old office HAS a VERY cramped and ridiculously small waiting area---But that is not Dr. Zweben's decision...

Excellent physican.. Listens to patients, responds to patient concerns...works with the patient.. Highly recommend. The only issue is sometimes it takes a while to get an appointment.

This doctor is very caring and thoughtful, thorough and kind. He has been excellent for cardiac care on numerous visits. His Wilm. (Foulk Rd) office staff is something else. From wrong records, wrong prescriptions, cancelled appointments, and general confusion. Too bad a great dr has trouble getting a good staff. Long waits but 2 TVs will be blaring so, enjoy

Very clear, articulate, caring, thorough. Would highly recommend Dr. Zweben. My spouse & I have seen him about 3-4 times a year each for past 3 years.
