Exception doctor and surgeon. Detected and surgically removed my skin cancer over 10 years ago. Bi-annual examinations and treatment are always efficient and caring.

My visit with Dr. Cooper has always been wonderful. I got a call from her office today saying that she is not seeing routine office visits anymore because of an increase of melanoma requiring MOHRS surgery, cases that apparently just exploded during the shut down from COVID 19!!! Now I understand how important it is to treat melanoma. I had one sister die of it and another lost her lung to it. However, I have been a patient for several years. So, her patients who already have appointments are being dumped for surgery appointments. More money?? I was called about 3 weeks before my appointment to say I could see a PA, if I wanted in their office. A PA is not a doctor and no I don't want to see a PA. I am really disappointed in this office. I will find another doctor, but wow, what a way to treat your current, long time clients for a quick dollar from a surgery case.

I love Dr. Cooper. She is so kind and patient. I had so many questions and she really took the time to answer all of my questions. She was and is very thorough, knowledgable and encouraging. Her staff was very nice and patient with me. I would definitely recommend her to anyone for any dermatology needs.

Beware! Dr doesn't show up to introduce herself when cancer results are given .I would need MOHS surgery. Met her through a brochure about her and one about MOHS surgery. Would not give biopsy results without an appt. another co-pay and more time off work. Then had to wait 2 months for surgery. MOHS is supposed to remove minimal good tissue and rarely requires sutures except in large tumors. Mine was 2mm by 3mm but first cut was made without antimicrobial wash and needed sutures in and outside

As a health care professional I was less than impressed with this group. They are all flash and no patient care. Oh they were nice enough but very disinterested in providing care for me. Never saw a physician only a PA. Was in and out in 5 minutes. She spent more time showing me the medication on her IPhone app. (I already know about the medication!) Not the place to go if you need care and not a spa day.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cooper for over 2 years. She has treated me for various skin issues. I would, highly recommend her. She is very caring and spends time with her patients .
