I had Botox with Susan, and she was great! She was very knowledgeable and professional. I shared with her information I have been told in the past, and she provided clarity. I will be going back for Botox in the future and possibly other services.

I had fillers and botox with Susan RN. Looks great. Would do it again.

Never even got to the point of surgery but I wanted to make sure I left this review: Dr. Cherup was incredibly short with me during my consult and, in my opinion, attacked my appearance (including critiquing the thickness of my freaking hair!) And when one of my doctors didn't get back to her (over a month ago) I was never contacted in any way to either remedy the issue or to inform me that Dr. Cherup was uncomfortable performing my procedure. I've spent the past month waiting to hear back re: whether the insurance approved me for my (very needed) reduction. It would have been nice to know I needed to be looking for another doctor but apparently, being informed about a denial was too much to ask.

Dr. Cherup and her team were amazing! Dr. Cherup, Julia, and Cindy were all so personable and friendly. I had some moles which I was concerned about and they took the time to talk to me and offer me my options and their expert advice. After deciding to have them removed they accommodated taking care of it same day in their office. Throughout my experience it was obvious that Dr. Cherup has her patients best interest in mind. I also was impressed with how Dr. Cherup invested time in training Julia throughout the process. I felt like I was in great hands! A week later, my stitches are out and you cannot even tell I had anything done. I cannot say enough good things about this crew! Highly recommend!

Dr. Cherup and Dr. Mowry are both absolute geniuses!! They are very skilled and knowledgeable in their respective fields, and they deliver in both patient care and service. As a repeat patient of both, I couldn’t speak more highly of them. If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would! Excellent practice and staff!!

I can't believe how young I feel at 67! Dr. Cherup and Susan have taken years off of my face. I have had just a couple of procedures, and I am scheduled for more, so I'm still a glamourpuss is progress. Dr. Cherup and I are sisters from another mother. And Susan is gentle, knowledgeable, professional and effective. Run, don't walk!

The staff is friendly and courteous. In particular, Susan Mowry is the best at her profession. She listens to your concerns, explains the procedure thoroughly and the end results are always fabulous.

I have never been treated as rudely and disrespectfully as I was by Dr. Cherup. Appointments were very rushed and the exam room door was left wide open while I was physically exposed and treatment being discussed. She literally yelled at me because my insurance changed and that inconvenienced her schedule. She first insisted I needed surgery in the OR, so I scheduled time off of work, child care, someone to drive me, etc., then she called to say she'd have to do it in the office because she had no time available in the OR. When I questioned that because she had insisted it be done in the OR, she got mad. She yelled when I wasn't available on the day she wanted me to come into the office (nevermind all the arrangements I had made for the surgery), and said she'd call me back to schedule the procedure. Several weeks later, I'm still waiting for that call. I will never go back to Dr. Cherup again!!

I saw Dr Cherup back in 2008 for breast augmentation (13 years ago!). My results were, and still are, amazing. I know I’m going to need to have them replaced eventually and would prefer to have it done by Dr Cherup the second time around, but I no longer live in the Pittsburgh area. Honestly though, it might be worth the extra money to fly back and have it done by her. And for anyone who has an issue with her, she’s a professional who cuts to the chase and I personally appreciated her being open and honest about what will best suit me as an individual patient.
