Dr. Pautler is the best. She made me feel so comfortable and heard throughout the entire process. I really appreciated how she really took into consideration my body type and proportions and helped me decide the perfect implant size I wanted. Dr. Pautler and her whole team are absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend Dr. Pautler to anybody who is looking to get anything done.

Dr Pautler is an amazing surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. I had a breast reduction and tummy tuck with results that far exceeded my expectations. Every day since my surgery has felt like Christmas. This is the best thing that I have ever done for myself. I am so thankful for Dr Pautler for making me feel comfortable enough to finally decide to go ahead with the procedure. Dr Pautler's staff is wonderful as well. For over half my life, I have hated the size of my breasts. I was so insecure that I would do anything I could to make them appear smaller (i.e., wear jackets, keep my hair long, etc.). While trying to get healthier, I developed a large cyst on my breast and was encouraged by my primary care doctor to see a plastic surgeon to remove it. This was the "boost" that I needed to start the discussion about a reduction. Dr. Pautler came highly recommended, and I can see why. During my initial consultation, she answered all my questions and sketched how the surgery would be done. Whenever I had a question, the nurse, Nicole, and Dr. Pautler were just a phone call away when I had questions. The surgery changed my life! Regardless of whether I wish it had been done earlier, I'm so glad I had it done. Dr. Pautler and the staff made the experience stress-free, and everyone in the office was extremely friendly. I can't recommend Dr. Pautler enough!

Dr. Pautler is an amazing surgeon! I underwent breast augmentation in 2018 and she did a marvelous job. I was so completely satisfied and happy I had the procedure done! She is an impeccable doctor, and her skills are the best around! She came highly recommended by multiple people and when I had my consultation I understood why. She truly is THE BEST plastic surgeon! Most recently I had to have a hernia repair and I went to see Dr. Pautler for an abdominoplasty and flank lypo surgery- along with the hernia removal. Her explanation of the procedure and care and concern throughout my treatment was remarkable and the results after the procedure are life changing for me! I love the way my belly now looks after having had 4 children. She is an artist and a perfectionist! The office team is also top notch- Cara, Nurse Nicole & Frannie, and Darlene are wonderful! I cannot say enough good things. Highly Recommend Dr. Pautler!!

I'm 60 and Dr. Pautler performed upper eyelid and "gliding brow" lift surgery on me. Dr. Pautler was recommended to me by my daughter who is a surgical physician assistant at St. Clair Hospital. I know of another surgeon who trusted Dr. Pautler with his daughter. If they trusted Dr. Pautler, then so did I. I am delighted with the results. She listened patiently and understood my goals. She explained in thorough detail both the eyelid and brow procedures, do's and don'ts before and after, and what to expect in recovery. Her photo portfolio of work speaks to her skill. From start to finish, it was an easy and pleasant experience, and one I would willingly repeat. I felt well-informed during the entire process, both from Dr. Pautler's office and St. Clair's Dunlap Outpatient center. Dr. Pautler is so wonderful and skilled, and her office staff is so kind - Darlene at the front desk, nurse Nicole, office manager Cara. I felt like family when I was there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This was my first plastic surgery experience, and notwithstanding some nerves, I had utmost trust in Dr. Pautler and am delighted with the results. Others describe her as an "artist", and I agree. Dr. Pautler was recommended to me by my daughter who is a surgical physician assistant at St. Clair Hospital. If she trusted Dr. Pautler, then so did I, so I traveled to Pittsburgh from my home in Maryland for my surgery. At our initial consultation I expressed unhappiness about my sagging eyelids, and she advised that the upper eyelid and a brow lift was how I would achieve my desired result. She listened patiently and understood my goals. She explained to me in thorough detail both the eyelid and brow procedures, do's and don'ts before and after, and what to expect in recovery. My trust in Dr. Pautler was furthered when I flipped through the notebooks with hundreds of Before & After photos of her patients; they all looked completely natural and refreshed, which was imperative to me. For the first 24 hours post-surgery, my eyelids felt "raw" and teary, but ice-cold cotton rounds felt very good. (Tip: since it felt better to keep my eyes closed, I recommend listening to an audiobook to help pass the time.) Other than a very mild headache (which I think was more from the compression bandage than from the actual surgery), I had no issues with the brow lift part of the surgery. The hemostatic net sutures from the gliding brow lift did look a bit scary for the 48 hours they were in, and for 24 hours after removal, but I promise that after another 24-48 hours, all the forehead marks disappear! Everything that I experienced had been explained to me in advance and was expected. I got by with taking just extra-strength Tylenol because heavier narcotics make me queasy, and it was fine. From start to finish, it was an easy and pleasant experience, and one I would willingly repeat. Dr. Paulter and her whole team were so warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable immediately. Dr. Paulter thoroughly explained the entire procedure to me. They called to check on me post-op and made the healing experience very smooth and easy. Would 100% go to Dr. Paulter again, if I needed something else done.

When Dr. Pautler was recommended to me, I didn't realize I'd be under the care of a plastic surgeon but also an artist. I am just shy of 3 most post-breast augmentation and Dr. Pautler delivered exactly what I wanted to achieve- my results are absolutely beautiful and better than I dared to hope. From the very first consultation, I felt comfortable. Dr. Pautler and everyone that works at her office were so kind and welcoming. I never felt rushed or like I had too many questions (and I had a ton!). Talking with Dr. Pautler made me feel very at ease about the procedure; she is so easy to talk to and so down to earth and approachable, yet brilliant and so very talented at what she does.
