They messed up my appointment time 3 time mean while my ears are killing me . DefinitelyNot professional at all . All this while im still having pain in my ears . Its been like 60 days and they want to push it to pass a 90 days appointment . To make an appointment you talk to a lady that complained about her computer not working, but they are super Fast in venting people for my personal info to see if my insurance covers me . Even so They have a referral number from them on their file system.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wright’s since 2017. I had an extensive surgery and have a had a couple subsequent procedures. She is a wonderful doctor with great bedside manner. Dr. Wright takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. She has also treated my young daughter and my daughter loves her! I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Wright and the practice. I would recommend them to anyone.

I will never go back to this place. Dr. Wright is very cold and unfeeling and one of the most indifferent physicians I have ever been to. She did a procedure that was painful and when I asked her to stop she wouldn’t. She was unapologetic and very cold and had the audacity to say that nobody else ever told her the procedure was painful. She stuck sharp objects up my nose! I will never return to this butcher medieval torture chamber!

Been a patient of Dr. Cooper my whole life. He's done all of my surgeries & has almost completely given me my hearing back. He's short, sweet, and right to the point & always has the patients best interest in mind. Some complain of his bedside manner, but I think he's great! I recommend him to everyone I know with hearing/tonsil problems!

I will NEVER return to this practice. Very inefficient and not helpful. I waited 7 weeks for 1st available appointment, having complained of ear pain and total loss of hearing in one ear. I waited almost 2 hours past my appt time before seeing Dr Cooper (that was after I complained to the office manager). He spent 5 minutes with me, exasperating my ear and dismissing my questions (very rushed). He said my hearing test was ok__hearing loss was age related. I DID NOT have a hearing test. If I had it would have shown loss of hearing in the affected ear. I told the office NOT to charge me for the hearing test I didn't have. Very poor practice and many frustrated patients waiting.
