I haven't been to this practice yet but feel the need to give praise where praise is due. I'm a disabled individual that has been searching for a good podiatrist. I like to do my homework to make an educated decision. I called Brandywine Podiatry in Dover two days ago and spoke with a young lady named Marilyn. I tend to be a little long winded and ask many questions but Marilyn was so patient with me and answered all my concerns....sometimes more than once. With her knowledge and warmth, I have put Brandywine Podiatry at the top of my list. I look forward to seeing you folks.

Wonderful treatment and very courteous. Doctor M. is very knowledgeable and caring. He makes you feel very comfortable. All of the receptionists and staff are very courteous and friendly.

I have been comming to the office for quite some time for a chronic problem. I received a bill that I was not supposed to get and called the office to see if I could get some help. I spoke with Brittany and started to explain why I was calling and she abruptly interrupted me, told me that I was wrong and went on and on very fast about how it did not involve them. After asking her many times to let me speak to tell her about the discussion the Dr and I had, she again went off on me saying that the Dr does not tell patients that and that she isn’t going to argue with me. While keeping calm and just asking her if she can please just ask the Dr about it she then demands my phone number and says she will pass along the message. (Yeah right, it has been several days now and guess what..No reply) Dr. Moustakas, regrettably I will be seeking another specialist to help me with my problem as I cannot deal with such an immature office girl that talks back and shows such a level of disrespect to your patients. Thank you for everything you have done for me up to this point.

I was there back in June for a bad callus and I got diabetes. The one lady Steph that answers the phone she’s real nice and she got me in two days after I called which don’t happen anymore. When I came in they had this nice shoe wall and the whole office was nice and clean looking. Steph and Cali made me feel welcomed smiling at me and conversating with me the whole time. Dr. Haag came in and he had the same energy. He made me feel like he cared about me and wasn’t just tryna get me in and out and take my money. He gave me paperwork on diabetes which was helpful cause I don’t keep up wit myself the best. 100% recommending this office to all my people. They are top tier over at limestone rd!

I cannot overstate how pleased I am with Dr. Moustakis at this practice. He went above and beyond my expectations to help resolve an issue with pain in foot. Bedside manner, professionalism and knowledge were outstanding! Thank you!

Coupled with the dynamic expertise of Dr. Patel in foot and ankle surgery is the outstanding professionalism and customer service of the Office Manager and supporting staff. Every single time I call the office, come to the office for an appointment, and/or request something from the office, I have been treated with nothing but the utmost respect. I love coming to the office because of the positive energy and vibes I feel when I'm there. They make me feel so at ease, especially when I am anxious about having my pins tightened. Client care/service wasn’t a priority. Would recommend looking else where. Felt like it was just a numbers game so I went else where.

I just want to give a shout out to Middletown Brandywine Podiatry for having great patient care and being able to get me in for an appointment quickly. The staff was friendly and the doctor was kind and knowledgeable. The office was clean and I was in and out for my appointment with hardly any wait time.
