Take comfort in your decision! Office technicians were very thorough. Dr. Creech explains very well what’s needed. He has an excellent bedside manner. He’s surgery coordinator is very informative . And the operating room process are solid. Well organized!
Dr Creech Dr Creech Is a truly caring professional in all aspects . He removed cataracts in both of my eyes and implanted appropriate lenses to restore my vision to 20/20. Thank you doctor , Don Boudwin
After waiting 50 minutes from the time, my appointment was scheduled, I went up to the receptionist and mentioned that my appointment was at 8:15 (it was now 9:00). She answered, “Right”. I then said it was 9:00, after which she, again, said , “Right”. I wish I had thought to say, “Wrong”! Anyway, I asked, if I had checked in properly on the kiosk? She said, that had. I told her it was 45 minutes past my appointment… they open at 8:00 and my appointment was at 8:15. She said that appointments take two or three hours. Um, yeah…but that’s from when you actually get to see the doctor, not from when you walk in the door! She was quite rude during the entire interaction, so I told her to cancel my appointment and left. In closing, we were never greeted, when we entered and they said that whoever referred me should have told me about the wait. Heads up, not so good receptionist, no one referred me! I chose this doctor on my own. My advice is that, if you don’t have all day, don’t bother to go there.
Excellent, caring physician Excellent, caring physician! Dr. Creech listens carefully and does an exceedingly well job in taking care of his patients.
My first appointment with Dr. Crecen I waited more than 2-1/2 hours without being seen, and had to reschedule because my sister was in the hospital and needed me there. On my rescheduled appointment I again waited nearly 3 hours before the dr. came in. He didn’t apologize or even acknowledge this unacceptable delay. A staff person had brought lunch into a room for staff and announced it. I saw Dr. Crew h go in there for food…it was after 1:00 and I’d been there since 10:30…so patients have to miss lunch but heaven forbid the doctor suck it up and see his backlog of patients before eating?!?
Was referred to Dr. Creech for cataract evaluation
Had both eyes done a couple weeks apart. Did a wonderful job with my vision.
I have glaucoma and I did have cataract surgery with Dr Creech. He has done very well with both issues. I can only say be prepared to spend a lot of time waiting well after your appointment time. I’ve been a patient there for 5 years or more and it’s always the same story. He is a very good doctor and so I hang in there.
Dr. Creech is a good eye surgeon, however the wait time for your appointment is outrageous. He needs to find a new scheduling system. Right now, it is nearly an hour after my appointment time, and I still haven't been called back to be seen. Often, after the technicians do their tests, you then spend at least another hour waiting to see the doctor.
Excellent doctor and surgeon. Nice person as well. New lenses PanOptix are expensive but the full vision I received are worth every penny.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
