Delaware Dermatology Pa's Online Review Report Card

During my visit last year, everyone was very pleasant. However, doctor didn't offer to remove moles or freeze skin tags or freeze warts which were main reasons for my visit. His offer was to "file down" the warts. Whaaat? He also didn't recognize a spot on my skin and didn't offer to investigate it -- acted like it was a non-problem. Excuse me but isn't he a dermatologist? Very disappointed. Will not go there again.

The prescription they gave me for the dark spots in my face it was fantastic. I so the diference in 2 weeks in 3 week the darck spots gone . Thanks doctor Andrews and thanks to all your team God bless.

I have been a patient here for over a decade. Dr. Andrews is phenomenal. He went to bat for me with my insurance for a medication I needed. He is so kind and attentive and just one of the friendliest doctors I've ever had. I love the nursing staff and reception. I am very happy with Delaware Dermatology.

I have been going to Dr Andrews for many years. He is the Best! He takes time with you during the exams and has a very caring bedside manner. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. He cares about his patients.

Despite being booked out for several months, they were able to get me in due to a recent trip to the ER and subsequent referral to a dermatologist. I appreciated that and Dr. Andrews was very kind and made sure I knew what was going on and what we would be doing to treat it. The other staff members I dealt with were also very pleasant.

Had an appointment scheduled and after missing two calls from them about my appointment(mother of 4 boys who have doctors appointments too) I attempted to call the office to confirm my appointment. I received a busy tone every single time I attempted to call. This morning, I called to reschedule. The receptionist basically told me that I was lying about the busy tone because they "have three lines", "have had no phone issues" and I "was the first person to mention a phone issue". My husband, who had to take off for my appointment, was there when I attempted to call for third day in a row, which was also supposed to be the day of my appointment to witness the busy tone for himself. The same condescending receptionist offered me an appointment in DECEMBER. It's currently June. I was referred by my OB while I was pregnant to be seen for concerns I had regarding moles. This appointment had been scheduled since i was 8 months pregnant and my baby is now 2 months old. Not exactly things that can wait if it turned out to be cancer. I called a different dermatologist and got in today as a new patient. Don't waste your time with rude staff. Find a different provider. As someone who works in Healthcare, no one with a condescending attitude should work in a medical setting.

I have seen Dr. Andrews several times since we moved to Delaware. The entire staff, from the front office to his assistant etc. has been a very good experience. They are friendly, professional and caring. I have leukemia and have to stay on top of skin cancer. Dr. Andrews understands my fears and concerns. He listens to everything I express during my visits and explains everything to me. Dr. Andrews is very calming. He right away treated a spot on my ear that concerned me during my check up. When you leave his office you feel very secure and safe. I would highly recommend Dr. Andrews to everyone.

Dr Andrews has been great over the years. He has found things others have missed and was right, saving us from a very difficult path.

I've been going to Dr. Andrews since moving here in 2001. A very caring, and expert dermatologist, he has found and removed several skin cancers, along with some growths that weren't malignant but merely ugly. Staff has gone through some changes but the current group couldn't be nicer both on the phone and in person. And unlike many physicians he stays pretty much on schedule! Love the practice!
