I love the staff and the Dr.'s!

Dr Alarcon is a good doctor. He listens to you and seems to care. HIs office staff is incompetent and extremely inefficient. They either do not answer phone calls, or when they eventually do, they can't help you because they do not know anything, promise to get back to you, but never do. Dr Alarcon should fire them all, as they are simply not up to the task, and reflect poorly on the quality of his practice.

The "visit" was done by telephone, and it should not have been, but his staff screwed it up Dr. Alarcon is a good doctor, with a terrible, incompetent staff. They either do not answer phone calls, and when they do, they don't know anything, promise to get back to you, but never do. Dr Alarcon should fire them all, as they affect the quality of his practice.

So my father Dr Maya that has passed was good friends with Dr Alarcon, now thru this whole epidemic and family emergencies this year especially with my mother who is still mourning, ive missed several appointments with Dr Alarcon, and not to say they have cancelled many of mine due to their issues. But I’m disgusted with the staff, The NP yo say I cannot make any appointments from now on. I get it , my dad was a doctor and scheduled time is important to keep appointments. But with this epidemic you do this to someone ???!!!! Earful. Whoever is in charge of the office should hopefully not sleep welll. No apathy. Well the good news is there’s plenty other Doctors that will take my money and insurance.

My mother was his patient, my aunt is a patient and I have been a patient for over 20 yrs. He always listens with attention to my details. I have a lot of health concerns. He stays on top of it with me on best courses of actions. I can’t recommend him enough.
