List of Amy Robinson's Reviews
I have been seeing Dr. Amy Robinson for 18+ years now. She is always very friendly and patient with me. She truly listens to my concerns and I never feel rushed. I completely have trust in her. She has been a wonderful doctor over the years to me and my family.
Staff is AWFUL!! Wish I could give 0 stars. No phone call ever returned for over a month, although they claim they see the all the messages that were left. First time I was there, I watched them play with their new office chairs for almost an hour while ignoring every incoming phone call. Second time, they refused to help me or let me talk to the doctor or office manager. I was listed on the HIPPA forms and had a POA for a patient, yet they outright refused to release info the patient was asking me to get. Completely unprofessional and uncaring.
I have been seeing Dr. Robinson for 13-14 years. While I have had issues with staff on and off over the years, Dr. R never wavers from her excellent care, ability to listen, and making you feel like she really cares about you and your health. I have been to Doctors who barely made eye contact, much less making me feel heard and that my health mattered to them. This is NEVER an issue with Dr. R.
Dr. Robinson is never in a hurry. She listens and you feel like she is family. She is so caring
Dr Robinson is the best primary care provider I’ve ever been to! She listens to you and she is kind and caring and very concerned about you’re health.
Have always had a great experience with Dr. Robinson and would recommend her to anyone.
I have been a patient of Dr. Robinson for approximately 20 years. She is a great doctor. Listens to your concerns and is kind and caring. If you are lucky enough to become a patient of hers, you will get excellent care.
I have been a patient of Dr. Robinson for many years and have NOTHING but good things to say about her and her staff! Always pleasant, on time appointments and always available if needed. Her assistants are also awesome if she’s booked and can’t see you quickly! Times are tough, and during the last year I am thankful for Family Practice!
I've been seeing Dr. Robinson since I was a little girl. As long as she is working I will always be her patient. She really cares about her patients and tries to help them the best she can!
She was supposed to be my family doctor. Yet I only saw her a handful of times from age 10 on... (I’m now 22). She always pushed me off to her nurse practitioner. It got to the point that the nurse practitioner became my primary care physician, though technically I was still considered a patient of Dr. Robinson. This past summer, I discovered Bebee took over this practice and GUESS FREAKING WHAT! I was told that there was no record of me at that practice and I would have to wait several months to become a new patient of Dr. Robinson. Being a recent college graduate, I travel a lot to work seasonal jobs. It’s impossible for me to become a new patient anywhere... I still cannot find a primary care doctor and I am still EXTREMELY bitter that I was dropped by this physician. Been her patient for just about 12 years and then dropped like a piece of garbage. Gotta love the healthcare in Delaware. Many other people I know (also college kids/grads) have also been dropped by their practice once Bebee took over. It’s about time this damn problem is addressed. It’s unfair and I honestly believe this should be damn illegal....

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
