We cannot reach this Dr or his office. We have left numerous unreturned messages and we are often disconnected. As a previous patient this was not an issue until we had a medical emergency that put my husband in the ICU for 5 days. Now there is no professionalism or concern shown for a longtime patient.

He is what you want a doctor to be. He knows he is treating people not just illness. He genuinely cares about his patients and takes as much time as you need to understand and be comfortable with a diagnosis or procedure. They don’t make doctors like him anymore.

Dr Marefat is the most caring physician I have been had he spent time with me and was really engaged during our conversation . He treated me as a whole person not just as an issue. He is very empathetic and I have recommended him highly amongst my friends and family

Dr. Marefat is just great, he spends as much time as you need and answers all your questions. Reminds me of how Doctors use to be in the old days when they cared about the well being of their patients. He is not only a great doctor he is a good man.

Without question, Dr. Marafat is our favorite doctor in Lewes, DE. For starters, Dr. Marafat enters the room without a computer, pen, or pad. I imagine it's because he has done his homework and has a phenomenal memory. We have been patients of Doctor Marafat for 8 years and have not ever been disappointed by his caring and professionalism. We have complete confidence in Dr. Marafat and consider ourselves fortunate that he is our specialist.

Dr. Marefat is a doctor who will take as much time as you need to answer your questions. He reminds me of the old days when doctors took the time to fulfill the needs of their patients. It may take some time to see him, but it's worth the wait.

Dr. Marefat is now at Beebe Hospital Outpatient Surgery. There was zero waiting in the waiting room. We arrived at the exact time given the day before, were processed quickly by staff and the procedure began on time. Bedside manner was very pleasant, pre and post-op.
