Dr. R. Was wonderful He listened to my concerns and addressed my medical condition. His staff was not rude to us at all. I just need to followup and find out my next step.

This doctor an his office are a complete joke. A bare minimum effort at best when I comes to the patients. I am insulin dependant. Throu a snafu with my insurance there was an issue getting my insulin. I spent hours talking to my insurance company the doc. The sales rep for my insurance trying to get it resolved, upon finding a resolution, I was informed by the nurse Sara that the temp quick solution " that I throughly did not understand how to do" was sufficient enough. That there was no reason for me to be calling back. An as far as what was needed to resolve the Insulin issue was entirely my responsibility they were far to busy to assist their patients in that way. Mind you what was need was for them to send documentation to the u strange company stating the it was a medical nessesity. Update my script. An do a proir Auth.... none of which I am capable of doing 1 I'm not a doctor evan thou I have had to step by step educate my doctor on how my pump functions an its role in the diabetic world. 2 basically walk him throu what I need to use said pump medically. Took me almost 3 months of phone calls to evan get them to do the prior Auth for my pump in the first place. I don't recommend this doctor his office, an if his staff an himself are any indication of the people bebe medical hires at that office I would avoid the entire place like the damn plague.
