My complaint is the arrogance of the office staff. They mis-wrote a referral form for me. I didn’t notice til I got home. It only needed a small yet important correction. I called twice, with no response. Finally my husband brought the form over to the office, marked-up w the needed edits. There’s no way you can get past the front desk staff to even talk to the doctors staff in the back. My husband was told they would take the form and call us in a few days to let us know when to pick it up. This is a poorly run office.

I went for 9 months . Not once did he get out of his chair to examine me . I would point at my back sitting . I have now left . I don’t him

I would not recommend Dr Sutherland or his office. The staff was rude and wait time was 2hrs. Dr did not look at any of my films. Standard procedure for everyone is 3 medications and then follow up visit. I also know 2 other people who were not satisfied with their treatment from him. Never going back

Dr Sutherland performed ablation on two my husband's vertebrae in the lower back that were very compromised. The pain level significantly reduced and functionality has been greatly improved. I know at least 3 others who have benefitted from the doc's pain management care and recommended him to us.

Was referred to Dr. Sutherland for my lower back pain, he pinpointed accurately my problem and quickly set me up for a procedure. 3 days later I was in and out in less than an hour and got immediate relief. Fantastic experience, haven’t felt this good in 15 years. Excellent doctor, highly recommend!

Dr.Sutherland has always gone above and beyond in his care, treatment and course of action. Care is the key word as he has made what being a doctor is all about by not only providing ng care, but also caring for his patients. There's not many doctors I trust these days, but by far I would trust Dr.Sutherland with my life. There isn't enough positives to say that would represent just how wonderful he is as a doctor and a person.
