Worst Urologist I've ever been to. Went in for my anual visit last week. I'm 67 years old he didn't even check my prostate even thou he has me on medication for Enlarged prostate. Went to a quified Urologist 5 days later in pain and found out that he missed a serious infection because he never checked for he even when I complained of the symptoms. Shame on you Doctor Kwan and shame on Bebe for employing a Doctor like him

Numerous years ago I had my first kidney stone and after visiting three other inefficient urologists, I finally visited Dr. Delbert Kwan who is excellent! He was very patient, and at that point I had had my kidney stone for over 2 months! He diagnosed it immediately while previous doctors claimed it had passed! He is patient and thorough and explains everything about a problematic condition so it is easy to understand.

This office is a joke anymore, ive been a Patient for 4 years I’ve never had an issue until 2-3 months ago they refuse to answer the phones I walked in today to the staff just sitting up front talking while the phone rang… I have to be seen Atleast every 6 weeks it’s mandatory due to the tubes I have for surgerys and the office is now saying they don’t know when they can get me in next and can’t promise if it’ll be within the time frame needed, his new staff honestly is disappointing I miss his old stuff that actually answered the phones got my appointments and didn’t just not work….

Dr Kwan is a terrific urologist. He’s patient and he listens to his patients. His medical care is superb. And, to top it all off, he has a marvelous sense of humor.

Nics man but he downplayed and dismissed all my correct concerns. Three times he was incorrect saying I did not have a problem when I actually did. I am now going to Philly.
