Wonderful doctor with a happy and unified working team. Love the way Dr. Viola is so upbeat, listens to what is going on, reacts with me in a down to earth manner. Yes it can be a short wait but she takes the time to answer your questions. She listens to what you do or don't want without making you feel wrong. She has been my PCP since around 2007 and makes me feel like part of her family. I feel fortunate to have found this office, easily reachable and responsive!

Dr Viola not only cares for my mother in Law but takes the time to keep me up to date since we are out of state. I have worked in health care for over a decade and have never met such a great Physician who is caring and a great diagnostician. She truly cares. So thankful to have her caring for my Mother in Law

Dr. Viola is wonderful. Her nurse, Lisa, however, is NOT! She is condescending, unprofessional, rude, nasty and a cold fish.

I was a patient of Dr. Viola's for a few years. After I fell and fractured my foot in multiple places, I was diagnosed with osteopenia about six years prior to the time I started seeing Dr. Viola. When I was due for my follow up bone density, she refused to order it because I wasn't 65. This was the final straw for me putting up with her lack of care. When I changed doctors, my follow up bone density was ordered and, sure enough, my osteopenia had progressed to osteoporosis. If I had stayed with Dr. Viola, I would have had to wait another six years to get a bone density.

I have been a patient of Dr. Viola's for well over 10 yrs and until recently was satisfied with her care. Over the past year I have become increasingly more ill, culminating in a critical illness requiring 3 separate hospitalizations in July. If she had referred me appropriately when things started deteriorating, much of my current situation could have been avoided. She is specialist referral consistent to the extreme, except when it really mattered. I am currently looking for a PCP.

I've been going to Dr. Viola for about 11 years and I love her. She's always bright and cheerful, always answers every question I ask her. One time, I was in screeching pain with gout. She sat on the floor to examine my foot and to give me an injection, because she knew how painful it would be to try to lift it. She's the best I've ever had.

Dr. Viola has a great bedside manor. But her office is slow with follow up to inform you of test results. She needs some method to alert the office that there are results

I have been seeing rheumatologists for decades and find Dr Viola to have extensive knowledge of her field. A bonus is she is also an internist. She is very easy to talk to. Her staff is professional and friendly. I feel lucky to have been referred to her by my primary care doctor who I have great faith in as well.
