This was my first visit after waiting 3. Months to get in. Was impressed with the front desk staff at how friendly they were checking me in. I did not have a long waits I was very early.

I have been seeing Dr. Pando for many years for treatment of psoriatic arthritis. I am FINALLY ready to be done. I saw Dr. Pando last on Jan. 27 and he gave me an injection in my left wrist because I've been experiencing hand pain. He told me if it helped, he would give me an injection in my right hand two weeks later - that I should make an appt for that on the way out. I did. The appt was made ...

Dr. Pando is so patient with each of his patients. He explains things in a way that non-medical folks can understand. I wish I'd had a Rheumatologist many years ago. He is very knowledgeable. I really like him as a person as well as a doctor.

Inflated egos. Rude reception. Only redeeming quality is that they are close. Not a good enough reason to accept subpar treatment.

Jennifer was great so this review doesn't reflect her. She was great and gave some very helpful tips and really seemed to care. Unfortunately, their policy was for me to see Dr. Pando about six weeks later. He completely dismissed me. He called me fat and said I'm too young to have the autoimmune diseases I have. I have three doctors who have diagnosed me (primary, endocrinologist and neurologist) and they wanted me to see a rheumatologist to help manage my illnesses and the symptoms. After completely dismissing me, he said without any testing or even reading my files that I'm too young and he won't see me again, and now they won't even let me continue to see Jennifer either. This place is a joke. If you can see Jennifer, you're in good hands. If you want to be insulted and dismissed, by all means see Dr. Pando.
