Dr. Facciolo is very professional and knowledgeable, his bed side manners are top notch! He explained everything clearly and answered all questions I had. His office staff is also very helpful and kind. Highly recommended!

Friendly and appeared to be very knowledgable and I'm sure he is; however, he rushed and wanted to do surgery without any imaging and come to find out what he thought it was was totally incorrect. If I had gone ahead with surgery with him, I very well may have died as he wouldn't have been able to handle the real problem. I would have bled out before another surgeon came. Suggestion if you do go, is to make sure he doesn't rush and gets imaging before even considering surgery.

I was vacationing when I became sick. Not being familiar with Beebe hospital or any local doctors, I was very fortunate to have doctor Facciollo as my surgeon. He seriously saved my life. I will be forever grateful to him. He is a very kind, caring and knowledgeable doctor. The best!

Currently we have 2 residents in our rehab facility that Dr. Mark Facciolo has done 2 different surgeries on in the past month, & they currently have to use colotomy bags due to Dr. Mark Facciolo cutting part of their bowels.

My first appointment with Dr. Mark Facciolo was pleasantly fast & efficient. My second time meeting with Dr. Facciolo sadly was at the ER. Again he was fast and efficient in getting me in a room and free of pain. I was under his care hospitalized for 7 day. I experienced a positive outcome. I would recommend Dr. Mark to my family and friends. He provides excellent care.

I was pleasantly surprised by my interactions with Dr. Facciolo. I was apprehensive to say the least, due to my past dealings with surgeons who were condescending and seemed to have a God complex. That was definitely not the case with Dr. Facciolo . I felt comfortable almost immediately after meeting him. He has an impeccable bedside manner and has a way of making you feel like you are having a conversation with a friend. He is also very patient, great at answering questions, and explaining exactly how things work. I fortunately did not need surgery for my issue but if I did I would feel 100% comfortable in the hands of Dr. Facciolo. I would absolutely recommend him.

We were sent to this surgeon for possible gall bladder surgery/hernia repair. He could have done it and sent us a bill but instead explained that surgery should be done only if needed. He gave my husband an exam and took his history.Then he explained thoroughly the symptoms of problems which would indicate a need for surgery.
