Yes. If you plan to come in for an appointment expect to be here a couple of hours. They don't even explain if they are backed up or low staffed. I would appreciate that.
I have been on the phone for two days trying to get ahold of Dr. PRASAD. No one answers the phone at all and I press the number 9 option on the automated voicemail that says 9 will give me his extension, I will be connected. This is NOT TRUE. The system after pressing number 9 says INVALID entry. My dad is 87 yrs old and would like to talk or set up an appointment, to no vail can we do this. Very disappointing. This needs to be fixed immediately. It's not fair to him or others that may have the same issue when trying to contact the office
Terrible doctor, he doesn’t even call you back let alone have one of his nurses or workers call you back. My father is on his death bed from congestive heart failure and he is a patient of Dr. Prasad, he had called him twice, and then I called twice, no one , NO ONE called back!!! Absolutely ridiculous. I guess he just leaves his patients out to die. Do not recommend!!!!

Appt 3 months ago took 2plus hours they over looked me. Now here well over an hour and STILL WAITING on Dr. If you want a quick visit forget it.
My visit was fine but when I tried to get a answer after hours no response I called the answering service and she said she gave him the message I Called twice I stiinever received a call
I was admitted to Beebe Hospital and advised by Dr. Prasad to get an office appointment within a week or so. First appointment was scheduled for 2 weeks out however he was too busy to see me so I saw PA. I had to tell her about blockage etc because she didn’t know. Made another appointment to see Doctor and supposedly they changed scheduling systems and I didn’t make the transfer. I was told by the not so pleasant receptionist that I could wait and they could squeeze me in but no promises of how long. Got my records and left
Never had a visit because he was too busy both appointments to see me. First time after hospital stay I saw PA and she must have been reading someone else’s chart because she didn’t know anything; I had to tell her. Second appointment was lost in new schedule program-told I could sit and wait to be squeezed in. I got my medical record from hospital and left
Dr. Prasad was very concerned with my condition and issues. He assessed each point of concern with professional understanding and procedure to best remedy my situation.
He takes excellent care of my mom; even knows me by name????????????

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
