Procedure was quick and uneventful. Staff were all friendly and professional.
My wife, Trish, had a very positive experience during her appointment. Dr Caruso was very thorough and caring. She will continue her future care with him.
Great doctor. Glad he did the tests and spent time with me.
Doctor was warm and caring
This Dr is the best. Great personality and explains everything.
I was scheduled for an endoscopy. Did not receive arrival time for procedure until 4pm day before leaving me to make arrangements for transportation in a desperate, anxious situation. Arrival time scheduled for 10:45am. Arrived at 10:30, checked in and went to waiting room and registered. Neighbor waited in car. At 1pm I called neighbor and said I’m still in the waiting room and there is no one at registration to ask why the delay. Neighbor came in and as I went looking for someone to ask, someone passed me falling my hame. She then said @we missed you, but you’ll be first into your procedure. That was not true. It was 1 1/2 hours. I told the phlebotomist I was not an “easy stick” and she said no problem. Then stuck the needle into my hand. I didn’t think she hit a vein because it hurt after she taped it down. The nurse prepping me asked me if I had done the prep. I asked what prep and she said bowel prep as for all colonoscopies. I firmly said I’m not here for a colonoscopy - I’m getting an endoscopy! Not a confidence builder. I was wheeled into the operating room where the next nurse said my port wasn’t out in correctly and removed it. Then he put a good one in and the hand that had the poorly installed port swelled up and began to turn black and blue. He said it would be like that for a few days and he was correct. After that, things went smoothly. Well, as far as I know - I was out. Not an experience I would recommend.
He and his team make being there very easy and painless!
Very good doctor
I had an appointment with Dr Caruso ( who I had seen in the past and he is very nice) ..was then told would be seeing his physician assistant Patricia Greenwood. She spent probably less than 5 minutes with me and was ready to end the appointment without ever letting me ask questions that I had .. I felt like she was too bothered to answer any questions. She said I have to have a follow up appointment which was scheduled. Before that appointment I got a phone call from a PRIVATE number who claimed she was from Dr Caruso's office and never identified herself but wanted my personal information which seemed very fishy.I called the office number. Brenda and Tamica -the two ladies at the front desk- were extremely rude and both hung up on me without resolving my issue (that I was told my follow up appointment would be cancelled due to them not taking my insurance anymore). This led to me having to call back more than once to get to the bottom of this. Horrible rude 2 front desk ladies.
Dr. Caruso and his staff are the best ! From begining too end they were at the top of there game. thanks too all. Bob

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
