I've been seeing Dr. Orsini for two years. He performed my surgery for plantar fasciitis. He's very responsive, professional and kind. Willing to answer any questions or concerns I had about the surgery. His staff is great as well.

I have had several surgeries with Dr Orsini in the last 7 years. He is always friendly, knowledgeable and true to his word. His staff is very efficient and friendly and they have a very clean facility. I would not go to anyone else for foot or toe surgery and I would and do recommend my family and friends to go to him if needed.

My former doctor (in another state) continued to drain a cyst on the top of my foot for year's, despite me telling her it needed to come out. On a recommendation, I made an appointment with Dr. Orsini who examined it and told me it needs to be removed. By the time I left his office I was scheduled with pre-op testing and a surgery date. My foot healed easily and without pain. Dr. Orsini is thorough, kind, and patient. He asks each visit if there are any questions or concerns. He's great!

Dr. Orsini operated on my left foot on April 1st to correct problems with multiple toes and to fix pain I was having that interfered with walking. The surgery was a success as I am now free of the pain and back to walking for exercise. Based on my experience, Dr. Orsini is an excellent foot surgeon, and I am very pleased with my outcome.

Dr Orsini always knows best even if it’s not what you want. He doesn’t listen and pretends to take your concerns into consideration. Then, he goes ahead and does what he wants anyway.

Dr. Roman Orsini completed my bunion surgery in February 2022. He and his staff provided pre-op information and assured I was as prepared as possible for the event. Following the surgery I received very good follow up care. At each follow-up appointment Dr. Orsini was always thorough in explaining how I was progressing, what I could expect moving forward, and what I needed to watch for. In addition to his medical and surgical skill, Dr. Orsini was always pleasant and approachable. In addition to the positive experience I had with Dr. Orsini, I also had a very good experience with his office staff. When I called with questions, I had a very prompt response, always receiving a call back on the same day that I left the message and usually receiving a return call within an hour or so. I was very happy with my decision to have Dr. Orsini and the staff of Orthopaedic Associates of Southern DE assist me with having this procedure completed.

I highly recommend Dr. Orsini for anyone suffering from any foot/ankle related issue. He is as kind as he is competent. He genuinely cares for the person seeking his help and tends his patients with an easy going manner and a bit of humor from time to time.
