Dr Batra has been wonderful to work with! He listens and diagnosed a very surprising and rare condition. He has been great to work with!

I had an initial appointment and was scheduled for a follow up appointment which I cancelled well in advanced. I followed patient protocol in cancelling the appointment, however, I recieved a rude and quite frankly nasty letter from the doctor berating me. I was very disturbed by his correspondence and will not return as a patient

Does not listen or believe what patient tells him about their condition. Needs to practice his people skills, very rude.

I think the world of Dr.Batra and his assistant Caryn Chasnov. They have taken awesome care of me in the past several years . Office staff is usually busy but efficient.

good luck getting an appointment cant get anything without an referral , i am paying not my referral .

WOW - I never leave reviews... I called for a new patient appointment with Dr Batra and the “new patient scheduler” was SO rude, entitled and talked down to me. I have previously scheduled and spoke to someone named Megan to schedule my husband and she was GREAT!!! (She may no longer be there) This new person I spoke with today was awful, I ended up calling a different practice. Will NOT RECOMMEND ANYMORE.

I went to the office and begged for an appointment to look at my Bad bronchial infection. The secretary had Dr. Batra view my report and they put me on a two month waiting list. I begged that I couldn't wait two months, please help me...and at the same moment they were scheduling two week follow ups with other patients. No concern or compassion for anyone with a bad problem. Your just another number to them. So don't wast your time!

I have heard Dr Batra is a good Dr but I wouldn't know because I couldn't get past his staff. Called on 11/26/19 to make an appointment and was told I would be called back to schedule, after making 5 phone calls over a period of 7 days and being assured I would get a call back, I never did. The girl who does the scheduling isn't here today was the most popular answer, the last one I got was this morning, "shes on the phone right now but your name is at the top of the list to be called" and at 4:00pm when I called again they were closed and I had recieved no call. I would suggest if it's important to you, and I can't imagine why it wouldn't be, don't waste valuable time, call a different Drs office.

Always provides excellent care. Dr. Batra is coutesous and competent. The best Pulmonary Dr. in Delaware.

I couldn't get past his office staff. They don't return calls, can't answer queations, don't followup. I just cancelled the appointment. If they can't return phone calls for simple things how will they be on important things.
