Dr. Thomas has been great. He has a great dry sense of humor. He has always been honest with me about my conditions and what he can and cannot do.

I’ve been going to Dr. Thomas for a few years and it’s been a great experience. He always takes his time with me, answers any questions I have. He’s gotten my migraines to be manageable. Therapy for pinched nerves when necessary, and sending me to a back surgeon when he couldn’t do any more. I still maintain yearly appointments to check in and make sure all is well. I’ve only ever had one issue with one of his staff, and when I brought it to his attention, he made notes and assured me it wouldn’t happen again. His staff has always been kind to me. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a neurologist.

I had my first appointment/meeting with Dr Thomas following an MRI scan. I found Dr Thomas to be warm, intelligent, friendly and willing to investigate alternative treatments I am taking, since they "might" have a bearing on the slight tremors I have been experiencing. I highly recommend him.

Went to a Doctor's appointment with my mother today to see Dr. Michael Thompson, who is a neurologist in Lewes. Took us 3 months to get to see him. I called when my 87 year old mom was really having some cognitive issues and I felt it was time to get a baseline and to be proactive with the issues we are guaranteed to see in future years. I was beyond thrilled with this visit. He was amazing. He was pleasant, fun, really asked amazing questions, but best of all, he really listened. He set the meeting up with me staying out of the beginning conversation, because he saw my mom looking to me for answers. He tested her thoroughly and then asked for my opinions. He diagnosed my mom with very early onset Dementia. She is having issues with her short term memory, world retrieval, money and dates. Those are all common beginning issues and it is to basically be expected. We talked about her routine and if she was happy and how losing the right to drive has affected her. She was very forthcoming and he was just perfect with how he handled her. We go back in a few months. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Thompson and hope that anyone needed his services gets in more quickly than we did!

Staff was very nice and Dr. Thomas was friendly and had a good sense of humor.

Dr. Thomas was very knowledgeable and considerate . I would highly recommend him. His office staff was not the easiest to deal with but if you want the best neurologist around he is your guy

He was very friendly and he made my nervousness go away!! He talked to me like I was an actual person and just not another patient! I would recommend him to anyone that would listen!!

I had an appointment today (1/21/20) with Dr Thomas. I found the appointment to be enlightening & pleasurable. The staff was quick and cheerful too. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Dr Thomas and highly recommend him.

Georgia was very knowledgeable and professional. Shetook her time during the appointments and answered every question. Dr. Thomas was not and did not.
