Apparently having a hard copy referral means nothing to the staff. Beebe health care is a joke.

Try to schedule a visit. Was first told I needed a referral which I obtained form my dentist( who recommended him). was then told they had to receive it from the dentist directly which then did. finally was then told they could not take a referral from a dentist. That cost me a week of time when I really need to schedule an appointment with a doctor. I found his office to be very ambivalent and look for ways to not be of help. Dr Thomas must have a lot of patients to treat folks this way

Dr. Thomas has been great. He has a great dry sense of humor. He has always been honest with me about my conditions and what he can and cannot do.

I’ve been going to Dr. Thomas for a few years and it’s been a great experience. He always takes his time with me, answers any questions I have. He’s gotten my migraines to be manageable. Therapy for pinched nerves when necessary, and sending me to a back surgeon when he couldn’t do any more. I still maintain yearly appointments to check in and make sure all is well. I’ve only ever had one issue with one of his staff, and when I brought it to his attention, he made notes and assured me it wouldn’t happen again. His staff has always been kind to me. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a neurologist.

This is my first review ever, and for me to have that bad of an experience says something. When I previously had been to this doctor it was very pleasant and the doctor was very nice. Today the experience was bad starting with the lady at the window, and I don’t know what the doctor ate for her breakfast but she was incredibly mean and unpleasant this time. High chances of me switching to say the least. Very unprofessional. Highly disappointed. Learn people skills from the window back

I had my first appointment/meeting with Dr Thomas following an MRI scan. I found Dr Thomas to be warm, intelligent, friendly and willing to investigate alternative treatments I am taking, since they "might" have a bearing on the slight tremors I have been experiencing. I highly recommend him.

I have been attempting to make an appointment with Dr. Thomas for several days. He is my doctor for help with my stroke and seizure issues. I left several messages and there was no response. Humana just contacted me to tell me that my seizure medication is due for a refill, and Dr. Thomas is not responding to their request. Does anyone know what is happening?

This is the worst run office I have ever seen. The receptionist is the exception, she is good. The person who schedules the appointments is challenging at best. She does not keep the phones updated. "We are closed for lunch from 12-1", so you call after 1, "we're open from 8 - 4 and closed for lunch 12-1. The office is now closed." Call again at 2, 2:30, 3, same message, "closed for lunch...". Guess she's too busy doing other things.

I had an appointment today (1/21/20) with Dr Thomas. I found the appointment to be enlightening & pleasurable. The staff was quick and cheerful too. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Dr Thomas and highly recommend him.

No patient relationship skills. Condescending. Rude. Inconsiderate. And lacks sympathy. Staff especially Heather treats patients as if it’s their fault they have a terminally illness. Do not go there unless you want to cry on your way out.
