I found that this group has little care and regard for their patients. They claim to do their job but no follow up. I called the insurance company about 2 things that the office told me and the office never followed through with pre-authorizations. It has been 4 months plus and now they do not return calls.

Dr. Tom receives no stars. He didn’t listen to me when I was telling him where my pain was. He came in the room never sat down to discuss the MRI that I had to insist on getting or to discuss a treatment plan. I can only speak on my encounter with this physician. I am looking for a different orthopedic doctor

Dr. Pilkington performed a bilateral hip replacement on my husband in March 2020 ( right before lockdown), using anterior approach. We had a phenomenal experience from the first appointment through post op follow up. Dr. Pilkington was extremely informative, caring, and has a great bedside manner, he even checked in personally by phone after discharge. The office staff was pleasant, professional and always returned calls promptly. Also a big shout out to Summit Orthopedic Home Care who handled his home PT post op.... awesome!!! At 4 weeks we could ride bikes together again!! Dr. Pilkington gave him his quality of life back, we are so grateful!

I go to the Hospital, for Physical Therapy, all the PT's and the PTA' s are nice and helpful...they make you feel like part of the family..i really love going there....

The doctors are great and so are the nurse.they take great care of my mom every time we go.and did a great job on both of my mom surgery

Really nice ladies at the front desk and PA Sender really takes the time to address your concerns. Sometimes the wait takes a little longer but it's not nearly as bad as most offices. Often times I'm in and out in less than an hour.
