I visited First State Ortho in Milford and the office is beautiful with optional masks. The front desk was prompt and kind. My assistant did a quick and thorough intake and took great X-rays. Then Allison Sealund came in and heard my story, confirmed my pain and gave me three options to choose from. I love how she involved me in my care. She gave me a cortisone shot and was very patient and gentle. I walked out feeling new after months of pain. I only wish I could have had an appointment sooner but it was worth the wait. I am very happy and thankful for Allison and her team at FSO.

I have not tried the service yet because I was going to be 15 minutes late due to traffic and they said I had to reschedule my appointment. In my opinion that tells me that they really don’t care about service. It’s not like I have not sat in the doctors office and waited over an hour to be seen.

I had a lot of apprehensive and anxiety prior to the appointment. I was met with a caring staff, and a PA who was compassionate, and took the time to listen, make sure I knew I was heard and understood the treatment plan going forward. She even took the time to address an additional concern and helped relieve my anxiety. Highly recommend.
