An very organized, efficient and friendly environment. The front desk staff is excellent as is the medical care. Dr. McGibbon listens intently and genuinely cares about her patients.

She did a yearly rectal exam on my brother and found a problem. She started the ball rolling and now after being stage 3, he has the needed treatment and the cancer has been removed. Thank God she still does that test and caught the cancer in time to save my brother’s life.

Have seen her for several years. I felt something was wrong and asked for blood tests. This was in March and she said I did t need them. I insisted and found out I am extremely anemic. Spoke with her nurse both on phone and through portal asking for review of tests. Asked for Dr McGibbon to call me and two days went by with no contact. Wrote an email asking for her to call. The message she left was rude and confrontational. I realized she wasn’t ever be the concerned DR I wanted. After getting my records I found out my iron was headed down for several visits and they never notified me or followed up. Don’t waste your time with this Dr or Beebe hospital

Can not recommend this Doctor. She does not listen and did not address the Chronic kidney disease that showed up in my husbands routine Blood work. The next routine BW that was done I went with my husband for his appointment. I asked why the Chronic kidney disease was showing up and she blew me off. We decided not to go back and find him another Doctor. Long story short. Here we are 18 mos. to 2 yrs. later just now finding out that my husband is in stage 4. That is time wasted.

Dr. Karen McGibbons is getting slightly better, however now she types on the computer and you still get a feeling that your bothering her. Where does Beebe get these Doctors for Ocean View, DE. Can't Beebe do better.....

Very rude and unprofessional I went to her for a reoccurrence of a bladder issue after finding out my home was contaminated with black mold which is a liver and kidney carsongenic I asked for more tests to be run to rule out any issues she argued with me and told me to just take medicine for an overactive bladder when I asked how long do I need to take this she said it’s a lifetime illness, a life time illness from one negative bladder infection? I wanted more test, she threw me out of her offic

Rude and unprofessional uncaring I asked for more testing on a bladder issue after learning I had toxic mold in my home that could impact my kidneys she refused and told me if I did not agree with her to leave her office
