To many patients not enough doctors

My child see Dr BlanchardHe wonderful with TeensOnly seen him twice but he seems to get them and talks to them not at them. Very Important at their ageOffice is clean. Friendly. We were in and out pretty quickly tooRight near high schoolWhich is really a plus.

12 phone calls without an answer or return call. Waiting for time sensitive treatment dr referred me for referral worked fine but trying to get the treatment has been a horror. No cooperation from office and no information available about treatment as time clicks by. Incredibly frustrating. Will look for new dr. Was very fond of Dr. Olmsted but if can’t get in touch with him his expertise is of no value. Not sure if it’s the staff or him. Wish I knew. Very disappointing

Please stay away from this place. I felt that they violated HIPPA by how they discuss your medical records to use as gossip in the hallway. In addition it is very run down. I was new in town and I never want anyone to have to go through what I went through here. My DR was Dr. Blanchard and the nurse was Brittany. After reading the other reviews I am seeing this is a pattern with this place and am not surprised as to how I was treated.

Doctor Olmstead and his nurse are fantastic.... Cannot say the same about the front desk ladies..Janitza Rivera Boden is rude condescending and does not need to work with people. I brought in my insurance card for her to copy informed her I was deaf and could not hear. She did not try to speak louder or any accommodations did not speak to me just handed me papers and pushed them at me with no explanation. Than waved me off to sit down.
