Dr Conti was very nice, communicative, knowledgable, and helpful. She explained clearly and kindly what my eye issue was in terms that I could easily understand. I did not feel rushed at all and she took the time to answer all of my questions. She’s top notch.

I had a regular eye exam with Dr. Conti on 7/30/2020. On 11/30/2020 I received a bill from this clinic for $221.00, Of course, I was confused to why I received this bill as it was covered by my eye insurance. When I telephoned the business office and spoke to Mikala, she informed me that Dr. Conti (Optometrist) charged my medical insurance because of "discussing/finding" my pre-existing conditions that I notified her about. I then informed Mikala to charge my eye insurance, she replied "It was to long ago". I always inform any clinic regarding my pre-existing conditions just for their records, I really didn't require Dr. Conti to "find" any of my on-going conditions. I never had an Optometrist charge me extra for my medical history. I have been telephoning the business office for updates regarding this bill since then and keep getting the run around. Made an appointment for a routine eye exam. Doctor asked me questions about dry eyes, floaters, etc. She saw an inverted eyelash and offered to remove it. One month later was slapped with a big bill for a medical office visit. Very deceiving business practices.
