It’s not the visits, it’s when you call and leave a message, and no one calls back, or calls in the prescription that has run out. Dr haldar swore one time that she never got my message and was very upset. Horrible horrible staff! Last December I woke up w a temp of over 101° I called, left a message-my symptoms, coughing and my temp - I thought it could be bronchitis - would they tell the dr and see what she would prescribe- heard nothing!!!!!! Then a prescription expired - I calked a week before it expired- left a message -who I was, what the medicine was, and the pharmacy - nothing! I like her but dislike whoever is in charge of the phone messages! I’m about ready to leave her due to this! You need to know when you call the dr, she gets the messages - staff has no business deciding to not forward messages to the doctor!

The staff are all very nice and Dr.Haldar tells it like it is. She will try her best to fix your problem and not just put a bandaid on it and send you on your way. My son and I are blessed to have her all these years.

Dr Haldar is not only a lovely person with a great bedside manner, she is also a very thorough MD. She's not going to whip through a visit in 5 minutes, and she will review many things to make sure your needs are met in a concise, well-explained, and easily understood way. I have recommended her to family and friends - she is truly a great Primary Care Provider. The office staff are also very well organized and provide great customer service; I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes to be called to the back.

I am 36 years and I have been see Dr. Haldar since I was 13 years old. She is truly the best! I have never had a Dr. that is so caring and thorugh. 8.5 years ago she spotted a lump on my neck, that I nor my family notice. She is part of the reason I am cancer free. I am grateful and thankful for her knowledge and care. She has my highest recommendation.
