This was my first time at this location and I must say was very impressed! i would highly recommend the service here. Erica was very professional and knowledgeable in talking to me about my skin concerns. I purchased the recommended products and i must add, they are really making an overall improvement on my face! If you want someone who knows skin, it is Erica, she is the best, go see for yourself you won't regret it. Plus, she has a lot of goodies in her shop as well as candles and other sorts of products that are hand made!! I am a customer for life :) Thank you Erica!!

To start i just want to say it was an amazing expierence. The store was clean, well kept and welcoming, Erica was very nice and professional and made me feel welcome and comfortable. She asked me about my needs and concerns and answered all my questions. The expierence of the facial was absolutely delightful, it was soo relaxing and refreshing. I highly recommend Erica to everyone, i will definitely be going back.

Last week was my first experience with Fresh Face salon and Erica. I was not disappointed. Other facials have left my skin red and flaky. Her products are natural and gentle to my sensitive and aging skin. No hard sell for her products. Relaxing atmosphere. I will be returning.

This was my first time seeing Erica, I thought she was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. I was a little nervous as this was my first time getting dermaplaning but she made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Over all it was a great experience and I will be returning. Bonus it's located in charming Historical Old New Castle. Make an appointment, you won't be disappointed.
