American Sleep Medicine Ofdelaware Newark's Online Review Report Card

I had a wonderful experience at the sleep study the staff (Raysa Tejada) and others really made my stay comfortable and they was alert at all times it's really important to take care of others. They made you feel comfortable and at ease it's not easy for someone to go somewhere else if fall asleep but I felt like I was home. I want to thank the staff while I was in there a cure for making me so comfortable. God bless and thank you so much.

Not a good experience at all. I would absolutely recommend going anywhere else. The staff was not informative. I had questions in regards to how everything worked and they could not provide adequate answers. I was told I needed a "consultation" before scheduling a sleep study. The consultation consisted of the doctor entering answers from an intake questionnaire into a computer. No discussion of any of my symptoms took place. He wore a stethoscope but never used it. No physical exam was preformed. I left with more questions than answers. I was charged a co-pay for this visit; something I was never told was going to happen until I was already at the office for my appointment. Phone calls to the doctor's office for additional information and eventually to ask for a refund due to the lousy service were never returned. I feel my experience was extremely bad in every way. I hope this review will help you avoid anything similar.

Zero customer service or experience at this place. They do not call back as promised or say they did yet all phone records disavow their statements. Forget about showing up during the day, you will wait and wait and wait for someone to even come to the front desk in the lobby area. The doctor may be good at what he does but the rest need some major hospitality/customer service training.

Kelly took excellent care on of me and my sleep study need. I had time constraints because of my future job position as a CDL bulk tanker driver. She was very professional and anticipated all the future DOT requirements to make my transition smooth. I feel well rested because of my new CPAP, I am blessed to have found such a great place to conduct my sleep study.😁

The staff here is great! It didn't take me long at all to get an appointment and be seen by the doctor. Both the doctor and staff addressed all of my concerns. The rooms for the actual sleep study are very clean and comfortable! I would definitely recommend American Sleep Medicine to anyone looking for a sleep study center. I give it 5 stars!

The doctor is okay. The person who did my first sleep study was very nice. The second time the person was a condescending grump. The biggest issue I had was that they do not have a properly secure credit card system. The tech pulled out one of those old carbon slips to hand write my full credit card information. I told him I felt extremely uncomfortable with that and would rather them just bill me and I would send them a check or something. He told me that if I didn’t pay my co-pay right then and there that I would not be allowed to see the doctor. I thought that was so rude and unprofessional.

This visit was phenomenal! My attendant, Kelly was great. She made me feel comfortable. Kept checking on me. I really felt like she was concerned that I have the best experience and I got the right equipment. Thank you!

Had a great experience they lady juanita at the front desk was very polite and professional and the other staff as well

They were wonderful! They answered my questions and went above and beyond to resolve things for me before our upcoming move overseas.
