I am very sad to write this review. Thanks for saving my mom with cancer yes! But, the staff here released her with very high in danger zone BP numbers. Put my mother at risk of stroke etc. Instead of just admitting her when they could and noticed! Criminal. Not acceptable! 😡👩🍳😥
If I could give zero stars, I would. There’s so many unpleasant things I can say about this place. My father was a patient here not too long ago and due to the medical negligence of the hospital, he is no longer with us. Our issues and concerns were constantly ignored and pushed aside. They discharged him prematurely only for him to come back the VERY NEXT DAY through the ER. Even the doctor in the ER questioned why was he discharged that way! They misinformed us about what was actually going on. His blood work was off and this is something his doctor picked up on. So instead of ordering new tests to be done STAT for accuracy at the lab RIGHT ACROSS THE HALL, the PA said “well if his numbers were really that high, he would not be standing here” like really?!?! They sent him to an early grave. He should have beat this! He was very healthy and physically fit for a man his age. He was our world, our rock but to these people he was a number, a statistic. I would think twice, no three times before sending your precious loved one here.
I am so disgusted with this center. My Mother was treated here for 5+ years and has recently passed. Her oncology Dr ( if that's what she should be called) did not even recognize that she was placed on hospice and did not recognize she has passed. This bedside manner speaks volumes. She may have been a number to this Dr. but she was our world.

Had to have my first mammogram due to concerns from my ob.. I thought I was going to pass out from nerves but every single staff member made me feel at ease my tech Sharron was absolutely amazing.. highly recommend
This place is a zoo. Every week I bring my dad in for lab work and weekly follow up appointments with the Oncologist, no matter what the appointment time is you are sitting waiting at the minimum 1 hour to be seen. These people have no consideration for time, and when asked how much longer it will be the response was we have other patients and are busy. Grant it yes you do have other patients and yes sometimes offices do fall behind but every single week it’s the same thing. Even for chemotherapy treatment appointments at 8:20am but don’t get called back until 9:30am-10:00am. Just plain ridiculous. They need a better scheduling system because the one they are using isn’t working.
Wow, waited 3 hours in the waiting room and everyone was just sitting there eating and taking breaks the whole time. Acted annoyed when I’d ask how much longer. Do better.
If I had a pet rat , I wouldn't take it to Helen Graham.
So called to make appointment. Was told that's not how it works, have Dr send info and we will call you. So I waited over a month and half, was told no records were sent. I called my primary and they had a confirmation. But agreed to resend. I finally tdid receive an appointment 72 hrs later. Unfortunately on way to appointment we were caught behind multiple accidents and extreme rain on way. we were told missed window. Told allow 1 and 1/2 hr for appointment. Received a shrug when asked to be seen, told no!!! My question is who filled my hour and fifteen left? I would let it go except cancer diagnosis???
I just wanted to give a big thank you to Liz who went beyond her job to help me find the right Hematology office that I was seen in 1918. She was so friendly and it took her quite a while to find which office I was seen in since it had been a long time and there are now 4 floors consisting of Hematology and Cancer. She was also nice enough to give me the direct phone # for Kelli who is the Coordinator for what procedure I need. I was very surprised that Kelli actually answered the phone and there was no need to leave a voice mail as is usually the protocol and never receive a call back. Kelli also was very friendly and helpful, giving me all the instructions that I needed for her to schedule me for an appointment. This is how every physicians office and scheduler department should be handled. Liz and Kelli are people friendly and love their job. I hope Christiana Care rewards their employees like this. These employees are hard to find.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
